The HE287 system measures the position, diameter, and roughness of a drilled hole by utilizing Excellon II codes. It also can detect theshrinkage / expansion rate of PCB or film. The powerful image-grabbing system can measure thousands of holes to an accuracy range of 5um within minutes. The HE287 system is capable of measuring up to 1,000,000 holes in one panel.
