The EZ3D system
is designed to perform measurements and to edit
desired CNC measuring programs. The sub-pixel
image processing algorithms assure the highest
possible accuracy. By using off-line setup and
DXF files, a great amount of training time can
be saved for PCB measuring.
Users are
not required to click edges precisely by utilizing
the EZ3D auto-edge-detention function. By employing
a local-threshold mechanism and advanced sub-pixel
technology, the EZ3D system can measure objects
more precisely than other machines. The EZ3D system
also includes an auto-focus function, allowing
the system to choose the best-focus position automatically
and record the results in the system. For small
PCB pieces as an example, EZ3D provides an array
pattern measuring mechanism. Operators can array
more than 20 PCB pieces to be measured at one
time. Users are then able to obtain reliable statistical
quality reports to continuously improve their
production capability and process management.
