The Hole-AOI system measures the position, diameter,
and roundness of a drilled hole by utilizing Excellon
II codes.
It also can detect the shrinkage/expansion rate
of PCB or film. The powerful image-grabbing system
can process up to 500 mm/sec and can measure hundreds
of thousands of holes per minute to an accuracy
range of 5£gm. The Hole-AOI system is capable of
measuring up to 600,000 holes in one panel.
